At Bryce Williams Law Limited trading as Bryce Williams Law, we take our privacy obligations seriously. We comply with the Privacy Act 2020 when dealing with personal information. Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (a natural person).

If you wish to access or correct your personal information
Subject to certain grounds for refusal set out in the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to ask for your personal information to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
We may impose a charge for complying with your request for access to or correction of your personal information.
How to make a privacy complaint?
If you have any questions about privacy related issues or wish to complain about the handling of your personal information by us, please contact our Privacy Officer on 04 242 0463. We may ask you to lodge your complaint in writing. Any complaint will be investigated by our Privacy Officer, and you will be notified of the decision in relation to your complaint as soon as practicable after it is made, usually within 20 working days.
